North American Orienteering Festival
June 26 - July 21, 2010
In 2010 you’ll want to orienteer in the most extensive series of orienteering events to be held in North America for many years. Over a period of three weeks you can participate in over 21 races, in five major events in some of the best orienteering terrain and scenic country you’ll experience anywhere in the world. Located in western Canada and USA, at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, you can participate in all the races, or if your time is limited, one or more of the major events including the IOF sanctioned North American Regional Orienteering Championships.

May 20/10: If you like music festivals and especially if you like accordions, Kimberley hosts one of the largest Old Time Accordion Festivals anywhere, beginning July 5th. KIOTAC
May 19/10: The Thomass map fieldwork and drawing is now complete. This is a typical Bryan Chubb map: top quality. It should be a fun event; head to head orienteering. Start time has been moved to 2:30 - July 1.
May 12/10: We’d like to welcome two new supporters who should make all participants very happy: MainRoad Contracting will be fixing the access road to the Middle and Long events and Kimberley City Bakery will be the major sponsor of the Thomass event and Opening Ceremony. Monster cookies for all.
